Unused or defective items may be returned for store credit only within 14 days with proof of purchase, original packaging, and no physical damage. No exchanges on used atomizers or external batteries unless dead on arrival.
Returns can be made in store or online. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving an order to make a return for items purchased through www.e-cig101.com, and we will provide you with a shipping label at no additional cost to you.
Please refer to your device's manual for warranty information. We are happy to replace and/or initiate repairs (through the manufacturer only) on defective battery-operated devices that are currently covered under warranty with proof of purchase, original packaging, and no signs of misuse or physical damage. Signs of misuse, damage, or attempted repairs will void your warranty. Atomizers, tanks, drip tips and other accessories are typically not covered under warranty. Please note: warranty replacements issued by E-Cig 101 are dealt with case-by-case and are subject to applicable manufacturer processing fees & shipping costs, unless it is returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
